Consent and Release
Each participant (team member, coach, mentor, volunteer, etc.) needs to have a consent and release form filled out. Please print and sign one of each (FIRST and FIRST in Texas) form for each student and family member present. Turn in to Mentors ahead of time or to Volunteer Coordinator at the event.

STUDENT HANDBOOK
All students on the team must sign the three forms at the end of this document BEFORE they can begin their robotics journey. One of the forms is for your parents! Have them sign it, then you can return all forms back to us.
AISD travel form
Going somewhere? While travel is typically arranged by individual students and parents, any driving out of town must be performed by non-student adults only. Students, fill out the form and don't forget parent signatures!
VEX tournament form
VEX students: Each team member must have a paper copy of the form presented for EACH tournament.
New this year: the possibility of a one time electronic format completion PER SEASON. Whoo Hoo!!!
